Ethics channel
This communication channel is enabled to receive information that constitutes a breach of current legal regulations, as well as any questions, complaints, or suggestions regarding compliance.
All communications will be received and processed by the Channel Manager (Compliance Officer) and the Board of Directors of EXLAND EXCAVACIONS I TRANSPORTS SL.
If you believe that any of the individuals who will receive your report (Channel Manager or Board of Directors) is involved in or implicated in the reported events, you may block communication to that body, thus excluding them from the processing and investigation.
EXLAND EXCAVACIONS I TRANSPORTS SL expressly prohibits any acts constituting retaliation, including threats of retaliation and attempted retaliation, against individuals who submit a report in accordance with the law.
Maximum confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed in the processes of searching for and processing the information received, with objectivity, impartiality, and transparency, in accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data and in compliance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals, and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
The identity of the informant will be kept confidential in all cases and will not be disclosed to the individuals involved in the reported events or to unauthorized third parties.
When completing the forms, please keep the following rules in mind:
The information provided must be truthful.
Do not share personal data of third parties unrelated to the reported events.
Do not share personal data included within the special categories of data (health, ideology, trade union membership, religion, sexual orientation, beliefs, or racial or ethnic origin, etc., art. 9 LOPDGDD).
Once you have completed the corresponding form, an acknowledgment of receipt will be generated, which you can print or save as a PDF.

Communications may also be made externally through external information channels to the competent authorities and, where applicable, to the institutions, bodies, or agencies of the European Union.
These channels may include:
- Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.).
- Relevant regional authorities or bodies.
- Public Prosecutor’s Office.
- European Public Prosecutor’s Office, if the events affect the financial interests of the European Union.
- State Security Forces and Corps (FFCCSE).
